How much is the shipping?

The shipping cost within Spain and the Balearic Islands is € 0, and € 14 for the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, France and Italy.

How long does shipping take?

The shipment is prepared so that it leaves the same day from our facilities, provided it is made before 1:00 pm on working days. The estimated delivery time is 24 hours in the Peninsula, 2 days in the Balearic Islands and 6 days in the rest of the countries.

How can I check the status of my order?

To know the status of your order you can check it through the "orders" section in your account or check the tracking number on the carrier's website.

Are shipments made to Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, Tenerife and the Balearic Islands?

Currently shipments are made in Spain, the Balearic Islands, the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, France and Italy. For any destination not previously described, we do not ship. Even so, if you are interested in any product and do not reside in the aforementioned countries, you can consult us through the contact form, telephone or email so that we can inform you of the shipping costs.

Returns allowed?

You can return any item that due to its characteristics is not exempt from that possibility (for example, underwear) within 30 days of your purchase. What do I do if the damaged product arrives during transport?

Due to the conditions in which the packages are transported, it is possible that exceptionally, the box of the article will arrive with some type of damage or deterioration not affecting the product of its interior. Should you come across the damaged product in any way, we ask that you please take pictures of it and contact us to solve the problem.
